Claudia Lutman is recognized as an accomplished event planner, weaving dreams into realities and crafting events characterized by style, simplicity, and grace. Her fantastic works and professional advice have been featured in multiple online media outlets, several prestigious wedding magazines including “Special Events”, the International Special Events Magazine, and she’s twice been nominated as Washington DC’s Best Wedding Planner on City Voter, “Vote For The Best.”
A graduate of the Catholic University, Center for Legal Studies, Claudia worked as a paralegal for the State of Virginia, Office of the Commonweatlth Attorney before accepting a position as a bilingual meeting planner for a Latin American Investment Firm. Furthering her career as a professional meeting planner she went on to work for 2 large fortune 500 companies; a position she kept until 2005 when she took her corporate skills to the social world. Today she draws from her past, and brings a corporate precision to the art of wedding planning that ensures for a well executed event.
As the complexities of the modern day family grow, Claudia saw the need to integrate proper etiquette and protocol into planning special events. Having been certified by The Emily Post Institute in Wedding Etiquette for Brides and Professionals, she has positioned herself as an authority on wedding etiquette and has been featured as such on numerous websites including Elegala.com, MyWedding.com, and LuxuriousWeddingEtiquette.com.
